1. What is Design and Build?

2. What is space planning and why do we need it?

Space planning is a fundamental element of the interior design process. It starts with an in-depth analysis of how space is to be used.

3. Why should I get someone to organise my office fit-outs?

6. How much will a fit out or residential refurbishment cost?

Every project is different and we can only provide a quote once we understand the size and scope of the works involved. Once we have discussed your requirements, visited your site, prepared detailed plans and obtained preliminary costs from our contractors, we can provide a firm cost proposal.

7. What if I have received a more competitive price?

If you are comparing quotes, carefully ensure that what you have received is the same in terms of specifications, materials and finish as what Cuarto projects provided. The cheapest quote may not always be the best and may end up costing more if you have to make further changes later on.

8. How long will it take?

As with the cost, the timing will be contingent on the size and scope of works. For example, there may be a certain lead-time to source particular materials and furnishings to be manufactured and supplied to us.

9. How soon can we start?

Once we have your approval and deposit, we can immediately begin obtaining materials and arranging our contractors on site, with a view to beginning work as soon as possible.

10. Can you provide architectural and design services?

Yes, Cuarto projects will introduce experienced architects and designers to ensure we meet your design needs.

11. How can our office effectively reflect our brand and vision?
